They triple charge your water to pay for the leaks all the while looking you in the face and denying it. The office staff with the exception of the young lady that works Sat are rude and dishonest. They will make you an offer in writing then refuse to honor it. 
The only way to have a place to park..PAY. Want a gate remote..PAY
The will take your rent then MAKE-UP late fees. They ignore the rules from the TCEQ . They allow trash to pile up aroud the dumpster.
The grill hasn't worked for more than a year and the hot tub hasn't worked since I mnoved in. The maint staff while nice men don't really speak english and are paid slave wages by JRK. You want to see what the place really looks like. Find them on FB
