IDPROSUP ,IDPROSUP TOOK MONEY AND PROMISED TO REFUND BUT NOW WON'T Internet

There was a charge of $31.98 taken out of my account on 12/23/07. After investigating the charge and finding where it came from I did an online chat with a rep at the compnay by the name of "Josh". He explained I opted in this program through something I signed up for. I told him that was not true. after speaking to a supervisor he state I would be refunded the $31.98 and would also avoid being charged the $15.00 early termination fee.

I did another online chat today (01/02/08) and chatted with "Mich" and explained to hime the situation and wanted to know when I should expect my refund. To make a long chat short, he stated I will not be refunded and that I greed to the terms and conditions.

I called the company twice and was told to ask for Ms. Joanne Adams, the so-called supervisor, and was "disconnected" 2x. You have to give your name or email addres to the rep first before being transferred to the supervisor. By the time they pull your information up after being transferred, you are "mysteriously disconnected".
