Went with this company based on the information Josh Montgomery presented to me.  He said they would buy us out of our lease with current company(company#1).  He explained it would only take 30 days.  When bank statment showed deduction from company #1 I called Josh's cell phone to ask him what was going on and if he had contacted the company. He said he had faxed over the letter that I had signed and to give it another week or two.  In the mean time our bank deducted another monthly fee for company #1. Now paying two lease payments, Ignite Payments (Company#2) and company#1. Called company#1 to see what was going on and if they had received the letter faxed to them.  According to the CSR they never received a fax and I was told to fax them a letter to close the account.  I called and left two messages for Josh to call me regarding the matter.  He never returned either call. Tried calling First Data to get things resolved.  Just got the run around for two days before I finally spoke to a rep. from First Data who also tried calling his number and got a recording. She said she would send an email to him and if we did not hear from him in two days to call back and they would assign another sales rep. to us. Never went through this before with previous company when we switched to them.  Never got the call from Josh and called First Data/Ignite Payments to let them know. Rep. gave me a different number to call and said this was our rep now.  They informed me Chris Peplinski would take care of the problem.  Called and had to leave a message. Got a call back and was informed they would handle everything.  Finally got a call from Josh and he informed me that I would have to send the letter now and that the company would probably deduct cancellation fees from my account and if they did he would send us a check to cover the costs.  This is not what I signed up for.  Nothing but problems from the second week of getting their services.  So frustrated with the company, the people involved and most of all the lies.
