Ignition Nirvana Paid for Christmas gift never delivered Cross Plains Wisconsin

I placed an order online with Ignition Nirvana in Cross Plains, Wisconsin on Dec. 9, 2018 a VW Beetle 3D LED Light as a Christmas gift.  I received an email back the same day thanking me for my order with a receipt for $24.99 that had all the shipping and billing information on it and said it was on it's way.  I'm in south Texas it was shipping to N.C.  The package never arrived by Christmas .

I've tried calling 1-888-286-4941 all I get is a busy signal and 1-844-387-4450 a recording comes on about changing the recording or something.  I went to the tracker again it said it shipped from China December 20, 2018.  Now I went to the tracker again and it says it went to another location in China on December 25, 2018.  Haven't received anymore emails from Ignition Nirvana. 

There is NO WAY to get in touch with them,  phones don't work, emails don't work, the support button on their page doesn't work or where it says to "Contact Us" doesn't even work.  Ignition Nirvana says they are at 8079 Maurer Rd., Cross Plains, WI 53528 but on Google Earth that address leads up a dirt road to The Appleberry Farm.  I don't know if this is the place for Ignitioon Nirvana but I even tried to call The Appleberry Farm and it says they are closed for the season.  So somthing is real fishy with this company.  So, should I wait to see if the package will ship or should I contact mastercard to see if I can get my money back.  I'm also filing a report on the Wisconsin BBB against this company and they have told me they've had quite a few complaints for this company during the holidays. 

At the end of this report it says No I didn't use CC but I did and no place to change that information.
