I bought an iHealth glucose meter from Amazon and it was broken. I called iHealth and they told me I could either have a new one shipped to me or since I was in the area I could come and pick one up for free. I decided to get the free one by going down to meet with them and when I did, their salesman Dean Wong met with me and made lots of jokes about the product, was very flirtatious and thanked me for not leaving a bad review on the iHealth Amazon page.

I took the iHealth glucometer home and it was broken too. I called iHealth and they said they couldn't help me and ignored my emails. I tried to reach out to Dean Wong but he ignored me and wouldn't respond to my e-mails. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company as I hadn't looked at the iHealth reviews previously and if I had, I would've gone with another.
