On May 30 at 3:03 p.m. I received a phone call from this company telling me I had jusst won a $1,000 shopping spree.  As the man continued to talk about it being free he then said for $4.88 a month I could get 4 free magazines.  I told him I didn't want them.  He then kept asking for my banking information which I refused to give him because I never give that information out over the phone.  He continued to harrass me and I finally hung up on him.  I then called my bank and they confirmed that I should not give out this information.  I forgot about the incident until a check that was not written nor signed by me in the amount of $48.88 cleared my bank account.  This is fraud and I intend to report it to the police, attorney general and anyone else that might be interested in stopping this fraud.
