ilovetshirts.net CHARGED CREDIT CARD, DID NOT SEND PRODUCT AND COULD NOT BE REACHED Internet

I ordered a personalized tee-shirt from this online "company" and even received confirmation of the order once it was placed, indicating that the item would ship within 24-48 hours and should be received within 5-7 business days. Well, that time has passed and I have not received the item even though my credit card was charged.

I have tried to call multiple times. Never once has a live person answered my call... instead, each time I get some guy on a machine which has no room for new messages, followed by a hoaky error message. Hmmm. So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they're really busy??) and emailed their customer support using the email address they provided. My email bounced back! Even though this was the same email address they sent confirmation of the order from when it was placed.

I will post an update if the item ever arrives... but something tells me I've been taken by internet scammers.
