She then telephones coin dealers all over the UK pretending she has inherited a coin collection from her dead father so as to attempt to obtain information and phone numbers by deception, and gives out false contact details when she gets found out. She, and her  boss Jon Clarke and their colleague Tom Powell should be avoided at all costs.
