Imperium Dietary Supplements is advertising on Facebook for free two weeks sample of Garcinia Cambogina Ciprium a medication hey claim to help in loosing weight in 4 weeks. Tey are offering 2 weeks free sample for $4.95 with free shipping. They do not specify that they will charge $79.95 after 2 weeks sample period.
They used following facts to substantiate their claim of effedtive weight loss:

http://www.independant-research.com/ stating independant research by Cornell student Amanda Haughman.
In the advertisment the photgraph is of Rachel Graham, who lost nearly 100 pounds in a year. Graham told Today in 2016 that she credited her weight loss to exercise and a healthy diet. Graham did not mention the alleged magic formula of apple cider vinegar and garcinia cambogia.

This is a clear ripp off and they need to be stopped marketing and selling this product. They also need to refund all the money collected from customers. They also need to be reported to appropriate authority and sued for fraud.

When I contacted the company for refund they give me this explanation-
- Cost of 30days supply is $79.95.
- Thirty days supply which they call sample is shipped free to try for which customer pays S&H charges of $4.95.
- After 14 days customer will be automatically enrolled in monthly subscrition of 30days supply program for $79.95 per month.
- If customer is not satisfied he/she returns the product within 14 days and they will not be charged.
- If customer want to cancel the subscrition than they will be charged cancellation fee.
How can we satisfy ourselves without using product! if not satisfied we do not have full sample(30days supply) to send them back and hence we will be charged $79.95 cost of product sent as sample.
Also they state that product to be taken with Apple Cider while research shows that it needs to be taken as it is.
After a long discussion and telling them that I will dispute my credit card charges and also making them aware of the false advertisement they agreed to pay 50%.
On further research, I found the cost of 90days supply is ~ $20 on Amazon.
Buyers Beware.
