 Hi, I sent 120$ to info salesunit also known as IMPEXEURO, one of of EC 21 sellers in Belgium for 400 anti glycemia patches . Once they received the money on 7/9/16 they told me I need to send 790$ for insurance as the rules with DHL shipment from Belgium changed and that once sent they will refund me 90% of it . I told them I would not pay them additional money and that I can arrange a pick up at their warehouse in Poland . I asked for it initially, but they said money needs to be received in Belgium first . Then they said they don't have it in stock in Poland. I said I can arrange a pick up in Belgium or I need to get my money back as they have not told me about 790$ insurance prior to the order. They said they would contact the manager and let me know about refund 2 .5 weeks ago . They never refunded me the money. What can I do to get my money back? I contacted EC 21 by email ( no phone number listed ) twice since 7/13 and they never emailed me back . I will provide all emails with them as a proof of course if needed .
