IMVU Inc Cyber Bullying, unfair Warnings, unfair bans, lies, scams, cheaters Mountain View, California

staff members have been misusing there ability's & target the newer members to make them quit or pay out to be left alone and the staff refuse to even give proper responses to tickets. I am user 420darklover420 and was Banned with the message that my name is inappropriate and have to buy a register name and a rename token now to remove ban. If my name is inappropriate why was I allowed to create this name and also why was I allowed to buy AP with this name also?

I see many other names with 420 in it still on imvu and I also see names like suckmyballs, lickmypussy, fukmehard and many more nasty names still on IMVU and I am not the only one who flags them and yet there ignored all the time because there older users.  Are they above the TOS because of this?

First time I was grossly abused was when someone was cussing at me and being obscene I flagged them & got ignored because they are an older member, then I very rudely commented back that you will be banned and I know I was in the wrong but I was not even issued a warning at all instead I was banned for a day the very next day. I ticketed this and was ignored.  I get warnings saying this is my 20'th warning when its only been 2-3 when I am flagging people that are being nasty to me and kicking me without reason and I just comment back that they are going to get banned for there abuse and I get warned.

I have always flagged the nasty people who are mistreating not only me but others as well and it seems I am always ignored and the older members are all above the rules you and the heads of your company have set for them.  It also appears that the imvu staff members are above there own rules about unfairly banning and warning people without any proof when asked to show all my discretion's.

Another member was banned 2 weeks, was made to refund 77 people's credits and also all his items removed from catalog because he modified a pose made by your company called dog bowl to make your avatar eat off the floor.  imvu staff said that it was inappropriate because his butt was in the air. All he did was remove the bowl and call it eating off the floor.  He was unfairly banned and bullied by imvu staff and lost money from his sales because of this.
