Inc21 Communication ripoff unauthorised charges San Francisco California

i received the bill for $45.93 from above company(Inc21) for long distance charges. i never ordered this charges, i call the company and they said my wife order this services. i am only one person in my household to authorised any changes in my telephone bill. then i contacet my local company and i find out that i have my own old long distance company. they did not switched with above company.

the period shown in my bill for above company service is not true because same time i have my own long distance company named startec,. so my local company told me that you did not switched with any other company. i have my own long distance company name startec(global crossing)in my account still to day.

the bill send me from above company is illegal and unauthorised.i contact them 3 times and they did not want to hear me and hang up and says uou have to pay this bill. they are rude, telphone bill is on my name and i am only one to authorised any changes, thay can not call to my house and talk with any body and switched any where.

i am not going to pay above charges that i did not used or i did not sign up,. this company call to home and explain to household people different and sign up different..
