Ineedbags.com Took my money-Refuses to send product Internet

Back in June, I ordered a water tank for a Bissell carpet cleaner.

They gladly took my money.

3x these ppl have called me for the same reason.

1st time-I asked to send the tank to my friend's apt because it was a replacement for HER carpet cleaner. They said no because fedex doesn't deliver to her area (which is bs but ok)

2nd time-my parents house-they said it was unlisted in the Fedex directory (again bs because my mom gets many deliveries from Fedex)

 3rd time-my house-they said my address was "unlisted" My house address has been the same for over 50+yrs so try again.

In the last 2 weeks, I've called many times-only to get an answering service. Nobody has returned my calls. My husband and I are fighting our bank to get a full refund of $39.99

I dont even want the tank anymore. This is ridiculous!
