Hi,
I thought people might want to know that all Infinity dealerships are a scam, including Oakville, London, and Guelph. I happen to purchase my EX35 at the Guelph location and I was lied to repeatadly by five of the employees, including the owner. Infinity Canada is completely useless and they don't care about how the dealerships treat customers.
Spare yourself a lot of trouble and just DON'T DO IT, I know the cars can be nice BUT not worth the regret that might last for a long long time. Forget an Infinity, get a Benz or BMW, you'll get way better service! and the cars are nicer anyway.
Purchasing my Infinity was the biggest mistake I made ever. Don't get suckered in and just go to another company.
