Received a letter in the mail from the lender I took the loan out with that I owed over $3400 to the company back in 2014 for a loan I took out. Letter received 4-7-2017. Back in 2014, had some financial difficulties and one day on the radio heard an advertisement about payday loan consolidation. So I contacted the company and spoke with a representative by the name of Tiffany with Payday Support Center. She emailed me, reviewed the process and went through verification. So she sent me an email regarding a welcome Kit in the email. So I completed the paperwork and told me that she was going to further handle the process with AmeriCash Loans, the lender I borrowed the funds from. So my payments were $147 bi-weekly that was drafted out my account. Then I received a call and payment drafted from AmeriCash Loans and I told Tiffany about it and she said that she contacted them waiting for the verification since the Payday Support Center is the consolidators. So I receive another email regarding a funds confirmation for a Mr. D'on Cook regarding my contract. So he had me review and verify the amount I'm paying which was $147 bi-weekly starting 12-5-2014 Assuming that I haven't heard anything back from them, I was under the impression that they took care of it for me and not to worry. Since I received this letter yesterday 4-7-2017, I was really blindsided by the idea I was a victim of a fraudulent scam as well as others when read online. I am very upset and have contacted the news about this.
