Infocall, LLC; OAN; AT&T Unauthorized and bogus billing to my account Internet

My ATT bill showed a new service charge of $14.95 for OAN Services. Apparently they bill for INFOCALL.

I called Infocall. The 'customer service' agent told me that I had filled out a form online for their service. When he told me the physical and internet addresses on their records, I was shocked.

When I attempted to explain that I moved from their over a year ago and closed the internet address at the same time, I was told that "I hear that all the time. You gave us the wrong address to get out of paying us."

Then I was told that my account would be closed, but I had to pay the erroneous charges or be reported to the credit bureaus.

What a sham!
Check your phone bill. I'm glad I did.
