The company admits their website does not work with internet explorer which caused them to charge me for product which I never recieved. They refused to make any concession and had the gall to ask me to pay for the product again. Staw away. Their website sucks and they are arrogant a-holes.

I am the author who previously wrote this negative review about Infofree.com.

I would like to amend the complaint to say they have gone above and beyond to make up for the initial response. They have proven to be well worth doing business with and I highly recommend their website as a valuable sales tool.
