infofree.com info free.com Will not honor full refund with 30 day trail omaha Internet

 Infofree.com posted that we downloaded 4 lists......we only did that because they gave us 500 free credits........beware.....the fee credits are not in the refund policy..........very confusing.....the 4 lists we did were to see how it works....we did not use them.......we would never have done the list if we knew that the free 500 credits were counted......they do not have that in writing about thr refund.........we logged on many times over 2 weeks because we had many reps check it out.....we never used anything...just looked.....we cancaeled in 2 weeks of a 30 day trail. $130 we paid for nothing.....be ware of infofree.com........our next complaint if we dont hear from them about our $130 credit..is to fraud.com   and internercimes.com......we are disputing the charge with our bank.....will post again.....we knew about not downloading......the confusion in when they gave us 500 free credits.....free means free they dont count......we really thought that.........be carefull there are so many people calling the same leads be carefull.....we realy thought they would understand and credit us.......the free 500 credits are not a part of the refund policy in writing at all

The customer admitted to us, on a recorded phone call, yesterday (6/12/14) that he knew if he downloaded any data from infofree.com he would not be eligible for refund.  Every customer that sign’s up for infofree.com agrees to our Terms & Conditions where we clearly state: Monthly Subscribers: Within the first 30 days of subscription start date: If you have not downloaded any sales leads, you can receive a full refund for the first month of your subscription including your set-up charge.  Because the customer downloaded 4 different lists from infofree.com 4 separate times, they are not eligible for a refund.  Not only did they download, but they logged into the site more than 40 times in just a few weeks.   Give us a call if you would like to hear the recording
