These folks are scammers to the ultimate. Here is a list.
Bogus Advertising
1. First they claim "Unlimited Sales Leads, Mailing Lists" - Not true. You can only download 4000.
It used to allow 10k per hour which I have no issue. However they still promote that Headline on site.
It Gets Worse.
Money back guarantee-- if you don't catch them trying to scam you
2. They promise a money back guarantee if you do not download anything. So I try a look, give CC and have access. Look around, didn't like what I saw, cancel my account online. I get an email stating the account was closed.
This was 6 months ago. They did not credit my Amex, I had to call. I thought it was an over site on their part.
I decide to take another look @ company to see their new updates they promote. I again didn't like what I saw for my needs and cancelled.
Amex bill comes and they again have not credited my account. I call and ask why. Their answer is have to ask for my money back" I said I cancelled and have the email. They say " You have to ask"
I say where does it say that? It doesn't say in the Cancel Email you sent. "This is our policy" I said I have never heard of a company who sends an email confirming a cancel to get a refund. " This is our policy"
Bullcrap Email Promotion
3. They have an email promotion. Pay $1.00 and look @ site for free. You can not download. In a week it gets turned into a regular account. I say to them I can try the site the same with a money back guarantee and keep my $1.00.
Bottom line is they are deceptive and could be outright thieves if people did not check their CC bill.

Bleak's rants
AUTHOR: Shopsmart - (USA)

Bleak, again you sidestep the issue. A a matter of fact so does the 'nice' guy who told me to call him last time.
Folks you may read my reply and I do sound a 'bit' sarcastic, however the facts are the facts.
When a company rep as Bleak gives a sarcastic remark as...
"I am sorry that you feel it is not your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before paying for a service. "
it shows the management and the company behind them are bad.
BTW Bleak, to reiterate, is unable to answer the question except blame it on the customer with sarcasm and STILL can not give an answer.
I will spell it out again..... If I didn't check my Visa statement to see if I got a credit- Bleak and Infofree would have kept the $350 eventhough the email confirmed it was canceled. I will post the email here if people request.
This is the official way they do business. It was not an error and this was confirmed in a phone call.

1.You see folks- Bleak can not answer a question straight. The fact is their web site headline says
"Unlimited Sales Leads". So then Bleak says it is searches. Well Bleak then it is not sales leads is it?
Oh so you want me to copy and paste each screen Bleak? Well Bleak then I guess you are right.
Then why do you allow downloading if I can simply copy and paste? And if I can c/p as much as my heart desires, then why have you now state 4k downloads? You see Bleak-- you guys are scammers with come ons to make people believe you are something you are not.
2. Again Bleak Can Not answer a question straight or he can not read. No need to waste words. Just read folks . You see honest people address a question directly, people like Bleak will give a bunch of words to make you think he answered, and yet it is not. Bleak will KEEP your money even if you cancel and do not download unless you were to catch it on your Visa statement.
3. The $1.00 come on. Hey Bleak, why don't you say this is total bull come one. It's not ? Go read your #2 answer. You guys must be hurting if you need my $1.00 for something #2 says is free.
Bleak has made a nice offer for me to call him. Well Bleak I called you or someone else, and I concur with another writer here, that you are some of the most rudest insolent people. Do they train you to be like that?
Bleak also claims to have 10k customers. Well anyone can go on their chat and they will tell you they have 3000-4000 customers. So Bleak even this you can not get your story straight.
Folks if you ever needed any proof the company is bad news, all you need is Bleaks answers.

They assume that you understand its terms and conditions that can change with or without written notice, like the one that was changed on February 1st. The gentleman running the sales department has been non apologetic and arrogant. His answer to me was:
Before signing up for infofree.com all of our users must agree to our Terms and Conditions, it is not our responsibilty for you to read them.
What have they done to make it right?
