Infusionsoft, don't do it. One of the worst Business decisions ever. RIPOFF SCAM JOKE WASTE OF MONEY Chandler Arizona

So this is why I advise you not to use Infusionsoft’s anything. It all started with the Kickstart program. Now mind you the kick starter program is a joke , the charge $1500 for that package that only include 4, one hour training and it only cost $150 per hour so that a rip off there. I have a huge problem when you say one thing and then do another.

How can you trust one if they don’t do what they say they were going to do. I really wanted to cancel and I did fully make that know but it was never done. So they sent me to their customer care Manager. I tried to cancel on Oct 27.

So later on that day we talked and informed me that I would not be charged for that months charges and the she would cover the next invoice so I could get my Finances back in order . So low and behold ,the very next day I checked my account and I was charged for the services after she assured me that I would not be charged. Also she and email me that she would cover the next to invoices.

Hey Tim,

Thank you for your time yesterday. And again I am very sorry for your loss. Given the situation, I wanted to further assist you. I’ve lowered your monthly bill to $169 moving forward. I am also going to cover your next two invoices. If we cancel your account at that point you will then have 90 days to return without having to repay for the kickstart as the kickstart is non-refundable and I do not want to see you lose your initial investment. That will give you more time to figure things out. I hope this helps you out.

We can reconnect in a few months. Let me know if you need anything until then.

Nov 9 Hey Tim,

I received your message. Thank you for your patience. Normally the kickstart is nonrefundable whether a client cancels or stays. That being said, due to what has just happened with your family I will refund that last payment for you. I hope this helps you out.

So after I called around and tried to figure out what went wrong why she told me one thing and did another. She really dropped the ball on that one. She told me that she would cover it and that I wouldn’t be charged but I was. Who am I suppose to trust that person when they filed the first time now mind you after all of this I still was charged for December even though she said she would cover the next to invoices and didn’t.

 I felt very bad when she sent that email above. It made it out that it was my fault that I want my money back after he told and email me that she wouldn’t charge me and would cover this month as well.

I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that I will go ahead and cancel your account. You have not been charged any monthly fees since we last spoke. Just to reiterate, I did refund your last kickstart payment, but you had one final payment. Again, the kickstart is nonrefundable, I was able to help you out with the previous payment given the situation, but typically we do not refund the kickstart even if the application is cancelled. That being said, you have 90 days to return and will not have to repay the kickstart. Let me know if you have any further questions.

So today I was charged after she said she would cover the next two months. Also I was under the impression that my account was canceled but it wasn’t. How many lies my I hear? So I called to see what’s going on and the guy said that he would get right on it. So he passed it to her and she sent the email above

. The sappiness of her mail is appalling and disheartening and sad. As if they don’t truly care. I made it clear that I wanted to cancel several months ago and they still try to recover.      

I was told one thing and they did another, She said that she would cover the invoice for this month but didn’t. Don’t trust them, use any other software. This nightmare has being going on to long and I hope no one else have to suffer through like I had.
