ING Direct uses false and misleading publicities to attract clients. They advertise 2,6% interest on 4 months deposit but in reality they do NOT pay the advertised amount. THE AMOUNT THEY ACTUALLY PAY IS LESS THAN 0,05%. Let's face, there is a difference!
ING Direct do NOT allow you to receive bank transfers from various countries, but there is NO such policy. As they were not able to show it to us!
They say that they do NOT charge for receiving bank transfers, but we were just charged for receiving bank transfer.
They do not answer to their clients, as they have a general email address to which you never get an answer. One way to communicate with them is FACEBOOK. Is it not ridiculous to talk to the bank on facebook, instead of having an email address. They have time to write false and misleading advertising, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ANSWER OR ADVISE THEIR CLIENTS.
