being a deckhand on the ohio river is a hard job,i recieved an injury to my right wrist on the job,i only had a day left on the towboat,they did provide tylonol,advil,and aleve,being a good employee i tried my best to heal up during my 21 days off,but it was worse than i thought,the doctor said i needed sugery, i called ingram told my dispatcher and HR man T.M. he said get better and call us when you get released,no problem! well my doc released me in good time for such injury Called T.M at ingram, he said your terminated!!! can you believe it? i made $15,182 on my w-2 never missed a day. Now i work at aep river where my first year i made over $30,000
