i purchased a large quantity of "compatible" ink cartridges that ruined my brand new printer. after i'd attempted to contact the company AT LEAST 6 different times, all within a 3 month period, i finally got a hold of someone who told me they would not issue a refund (i was so spent that i even volunteered to pay for shipping) because my complaint was not filed within their refund/exchange policy. the lady additionally informed me that a few months after i'd made the purchase they mysteriously pulled that brand of product from their site. i strongly advise you not to waste you're time or money on this company!
