Inkgrabber.com Improperly packaged ink cartridge arrived damaged in mail returned with RMA Simi Valley California

Purchased ink cartridges online, mail delivered crushed package, damaged cartridge with loose top cover leaking ink. Called and got RMA, sent part in provided plastic mailer for recycled cartridges which has the same address, wrote RMA on the outside in huge black letters. A month has passed, called them twice they claim they never got it, they can't do nothing about it so I'm out the money and the goods, they got both. I feel they are not doing crap to help me, now I'll have to pay top dollar to get OEM ink which is what I should have done from the beginning. Ihave bought several times from them in the past and put up with dried out cartridges, but this is the limit. They made enough money on me to send me a replacement and keep me coming back, which I'm not doing, neither should anyone reading this.
