I received a letter from Invo-Vision today stating that they had purchased an old account of mine from one of my former creditors of 10 years ago. They have sold this account so many times back and forth between all the other dummy companies that they own. They stated that they had purchased the orginial note of $7701.63. They say that I now owed them $21321.82. For what they never loaned me any money so how could they possibly charge me this outrageous interest. I had tried in vain to set up some type of payment plan with the orginal creditor but they stated they could only accept $7701.63 which was double what I had orginially owed them. Whatever happened to letting your credit clear after 7 years. Why are these people allowed to buy bad debts ( what idiot buys a bad debt anyway) and then slap you with outrageous interest and expect you to pay them. These type of scum bags have got to be stopped. Everyone has made mistakes with credit cards but you shouldn't be hounded for the rest of your life.
