You really don't have room for all the items needed to be reported.

11-06 - Sent in original rebate forms, all 4 identical.
One of the rebate forms was invalid, they could not read it.
Three rebates paid.

On 4-10-06 - Rachel said it was still being checked, please call back in 2 weeks.

4-24 -06 curtis could not give me the answer I wanted and I asked to speak to a supervisor, spoke to Joseph (super and Manager), he stated he would look up the mail the would call me back in 3 or 4 days.

4-27-06 - Joseph called me back at 3:00 pm and stated that everything was in order and he would send it back for payment.

6-2-06 - 3:14 pm talked to Heather she stated that the rebate was validated on 5-4-06 and should be paid sometime around the 1st to the 15th of July.
Numerous times I have called since then and received the message to stay on the line and the call would be answered in the order it was received, notified the wait time would be approximately 15 minutes. Usually 30 minutes later I would hang up.

10-16-06 Called at 6:30 pm was put on hold at 6:50 the machine came back and stated the company was now closed and to call back.

10-17-06 - called back and was put on hold the same wait time about 15 minutes, 30 minutes later hung up. Told to go to web site, but you always get a message that all claims are being reviewed, message state it has been updated, but it is always the same message and never any satisfaction or new information.

THIS IS REALLY A BIG RIPOFF AND SHOULD BE DEALT WITH SOMEHOW.
