I paid this company to inspect a car in the northeast. They are the ONLY company we as customers of Ebay have access to on the listings. I emailed the company to tell them that the listing was ending on sunday and I need the report before then. I received a call from someone that told me no worries, they would inspect the car on saturday and have the report and pictures in my hand long before the listing ended. Great right?
Wrong, it's now monday afternoon they have my money and I don't have an inspection report and the listing has ended. I called and spoke to someone named Jennifer Woods who essentially told me she is following procedure and that there will be no refunds as they did everything according to their legal description.
Well, I was cheated for $170+ dollars, the seller didn't sell a car, I didn't buy the car and this .........person says they did their jobs?
What a rip off and now low of a life to treat an old person this way.
