Inspirable, LLC Charged my credit card & then would not get with me so, I don't know what they have done, if anything Seattle Washington

After talking with Adam Bressler I signed a contract to have Inspirable, LLC build a website for me.  Even though the contract said 40 days for completion Adam said approximately 2 weeks – don’t worry about the 40 days.  

I have been calling and asking for updates & leaving messages and sending emails to the phone #’s he gave me & the email address.  I have gotten absolutely no response, and the 2 weeks is almost up.  

This scares me & after seeing on Better Business Bureau’s website, and other places, the exact same things have happened with other people and they never got any kind of resolution until contacting Better Business Bureau it makes me worried about what is happening to me and what will happen if they complete a website for me.  Will there be any kind of support – if needed – afterward?  

I don’t know if they have done anything for me or how much they have done.  I have given them warning that I would be filing complaints if I didn’t hear from them – all to no avail.   The deadline I gave them to contact me has passed so I am filing this complaint.  

If they intend to do what I was told within the time frame I was told that would be great but, if not, then I want a full refund.  I do not want to do any kind of negotiating or being put off by them.  I want what Adam told me to begin with or I want my money back.

I am a 70 year old widow and can't afford to lose the kind of money I have already been charged.
