Interface talent marketing company No refund East Brunswick New Jersey

The folks from Interface met me at a Mall, and we visited them on site. There, they said you can have a photoshoot appointment and can cancel anytime. They will charge without showing you the agreement. After they charge, they show the agreement and then even if you do not agree, they say that you can get your money back later, so just sign. This way, they fool people by charging them first and then make them sign the agreement. 

The above is still fine. The ripoff starts later. Cancellation is never confirmed, they dont pick phones, reply to emals. I got it written on my agreement that I can cancel via email or phone. However, they do not respond at all. They hear cancel and just hang up, or I hear waiting tone and then they hang up. After spending 2 full days 9-5, I was able to cancel and further got them to email the cancellation confirmation. 

Even after the cancellation confirmation, they do not return the money back. It has been 1.5 months now and I have not received the money back. They do not attend my calls. On hearing the name, they put on waiting and hang up. 

This is a complete fraud company. Beware. I have been completely ripped off, and am not getting my money back.
