Internation Candle Corporation ripoff, scam, trouble Cambridge Massachusetts

We are in the same boat as everyone else who signed on as a distributor for International Candle Corporation, and the boat is SINKING!!

My husband and I signed on with International Candle Corporation back in September. It took 6 weeks for a candle delivery to get to us and then it was damaged. We did not accept it. Then it took another 3 weeks to get the replacement. There were still some damages but we did get credited. However, I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now for a reorder. They have not returned my e-mails or my phone calls.

The candles are cheap looking, they are not wrapped as was stated, (according to ICC, it's a marketing strategy for selling the candles!!) The displays are cheap looking as are the signs. There hasn't been much of any support. And newsletters are unheard of!!!

We also were given the Norwood Group, Inc. as a locating firm. What a joke that place is. I think everyone from ICC and Norwood is in on this scam together. (DO NOT EVER ACCEPT MATT DILLON AS A LOCATOR!!!)

At the present time, we are working with what we have, but it is very frustrating. I could write a book about this experience. I haven't even touched on everything that has gone wrong. And for anyone still thinking of getting into this business, 3 SALES A DAY PER LOCATION IS A GIGANTIC LIE! If we're lucky, we might
get 3 sales a week per location!!!

If anyone gets a class action suit together, PLEASE let us know.
