International ITV, LLC Aka Eagle Vending Ripoff! Vending machines ordered, numerous calls made back and forth and then complete silence from the company. deceptive company ripoff artists fraud New York New York

I responded to an Ad in the local newspaper to buy some vending machines and after several calls and recieving brochures from the company I decided to purchase from them. I sent them a cashier's check for the amount of $6795.00 with the expected shipping date of October 4, 2002. The date came and went without the machines being delivered or even being notified of a delay. I contacted the manager, Bob Cenburg(sp?)who for the next 2 months gave all kinds of excuses for the machines not getting shipped. The excuses included everything from the Long Shoreman strike in California to him personally having heart surgery. He even went as far as giving me phoney tracking numbers from UPS & Old Dominion Freight Lines!

I have not had contact with him or the company since late December 2002.

I did however luck up and find the manufacturer of the machines in Miami Florida who supplied me with a list of other phone numbers for International ITV. He was concerned about the machines they had ordered for me but had not recieved payment from them for the machines.

I have all information with me I was sent and able to gather since them including several phone & fax numbers for ITV, the machine manufacturer's number, a locator's number(supplied to me by ITV) and even the account number where they cashed my cahier's check. Please help.
