International Rebates, LLC When I joined Grand Incentives Travel club there was a cetificate #3036814 (code #AXGCIR500312) which was or a $50 Reward Card to be issed through American Express Incentive Services, LLC. I sent the vucher in on 9/16/13 and have never heard or recieved anything from them. Tallevast Florida

When I joned Coast to Coast Grand Getaways, thre was a voucher included in my packet from Internatinal Rebates, LLC for a $50.00 American Express Reward Card.  I filled it out and sent it in on 9/16/13 and never heard back from them.  When I went online to inquire about the compny (since there is no information on the card to get a hold of them), I saw where many other people had sent in the same voucher and did not get their card either.  This business needsto be investigated and stopped from ripping off the consumers!
