Directed to Internationa Rebates, LLC to obtain $100. gift certificate for participating in Premium Plus Savings program even if cancelled in timely manner. Never got ..I was dupped by both companies. Jacquelyn Ocean Park Washington.

Read fine print "terms & conditions" of $100.00 gift rebate and see that I did not send in registration form via certified mail as required. However, the additional requirements which allow me, the consumer, to realize the $100.00 are so arduous that I can't imagine anyone getting their promised rebate. I recommend that the $100. promised payoff for participating with Premium Plus Savings is a waste of time to pursue. Jacquelyn Ocean Park WA
