Brian McCaulkin solicited our business by phone. He presented his company, AllInsuranceNeedz, as a lead source that would generate 100-120 leads per month (according to track records) based on a list of zip codes that we would provide. The cost for this service was paid IN FULL in the AMOUNT OF $3,600.00.
After setting up service, signing a contract & providing a list of six zip codes in our area, we were assured that within a couple weeks we would begin receiving 100-120 leads per month that would be forwarded to our company via email. After months of not receiving one single lead in our zip codes, we attempted to contact Brian McCaulkin.
As our frustration mounted, he began avoiding our phone calls because he had no explanation. We took it up on ourselves to investigate the situation and we discovered that the reason we were not receiving leads was because Mr McCaulkin had assigned our zip codes to Allied Insurance Agency in Dallas, TX. We have been ripped-off by this company and their representative.
I have contacted the New York attorney generals office to ensure that the proper actions are taken and that this company is held responsible for fraudulently representing their services and stealing money from our agency.
