It seems this post office box address business with a website is now in Arizona scamming people for money.
They sell classes, tell you they are scheduling classes, cancel the classes and then go into defense mode (lying, smoke screen verbage and just plain hanging up) to not refund the money they took.
They have a history of doing the same thing in other states. I should of looked up their reputation before I gave them my money. That is what I am letting people know they should do also.
The weasily owner, who purports to have a business location, not just the post office box #273 (which is in a UPS shipping location in a strip mall in Clearwater, Florida, is the voice that hangs up on you when you confront him with the truth of his actions.
What a stand up guy! More like the little weasely businesses that pop up because they have a website.
Just be aware that you need to be careful and please look up this guys history on the internet. Others have posted stories about his scamming them also.

I wrote this Complaint about a guy in Clearater Florida who took my $100.oo when I signed up for his "Gun Concealed Carry" class he said he was going to do in Phoenix, Arizona on 11-21-15at the Radisson Hotel.
He never shoed up and hung out all us people who he took our money from and the Hotel told us he had called them and cancelled the conference room rental and asn't going to pay them.
When I called him with my complaint and return of my money he hung up on me to tmes.
I then put this complaint on this site I heard about called RIP OFF REPORTS but it seems my posting listed ME AS THE SCAMMER!!!!!! rather than the guy I compained about!
I did this rong and now I look like the scammer!!!!LOL on me!!!!
ANYONE can call me at my phone number in Phoenix, Arizona at *** ***-**** to ask me ANYTHING about this posting done by me that I seemed to have done wrong about posted about myself! lol
I am not the scammer Equip-2-conceal of Clearwater Florida, look the guy up and see his previous complaint on Rip Off Report or on Google.
I am a sign contractor in Phoenix Arizona who was looking to get a Concealed Carry license from Equip-2-conceal.
