My time working with this company was a huge disappointment as a false piccture is painted amungst hire and following, you are let down entirely. The business itself needs to be investigated as many unlawful things occured during my time there. My issue with them, is never receiving my last paycheck as I see that is a well known issue reported for this company.

Each person that had been let go has received their final pay from the cycle of people that I worked with. One had to contact law enforement to receive her pay but she received it. I was told that I could not receive my pay due to having a key of theirs. Well another employee that was let go still has her key and she had never been asked for it and she has received her last pay. All the locks on this building have been changed and still I have not received my last pay.

My reasons for being discharged from this business was due to a past employee that reported to the CEO that I had filed a sexual harrasment lawsuit against him, in which I have and in my opion he panicked and said that I was bad mouthing him to other employees. I was first suspended and immediately fired. The CEO stated that all the staff there at the time was very uncomfortable around me and my negativity, in which was hugely untrue as I am friends with each past and current employee to this day and the happiest person you could meet. During my release from this job, I was made out to be a very bad person in which those words would only ever exist from their mouths.

I did not suffer loss as I had been hired for my current job the day that his General Manager called with the CEO on the phone screaming and attempting to belittle my intelligence and inability as a person. During this call, many lies flowed through the phone line. I was proposed to quit and I told them that I am too intelligent to do so, so I did not. I am owed $271.00 from them. I have never signed a document stating that returning this key would release my last pay. I am due my pay and my lawyer has the key and will be sending it via certified mail even though, legally I do not have to give it back. I reached out to the CEO via text to have a paper trail of what was said. I was called names and told that he did not give an F about how things are handled professionally, and that I need to give him his sugar honey ice tea and he will mail my check. Unfortunately, I only think about this issue when a past employees calls me, so my lawyer still has this key.

I wish that I had known that this business owner had been shut down for a prior business called Manton Towing whereas he was illegally scratching cars that were still owned and in operation and is banned from doing business in Philadelphia as this reflects behavior that I experienced.
