I apply to intuit payments around mid march 2014.  I have been in business for 7 years and have previous merchant services accounts. I decide to move to intuit because I used their quicbook system, so I though would b better if I have their complete service.

At end of march they approve my account, which on april 1 I decided and move completely and start using their system.  Everything went good, until 2 weeks after, around the 14 of april, they sent me letter saying they are holding 2 transactions, one of $400 and the other for $600.  One of them was keyed in and the other one was swiped.  I thought it was a routine to check, since I am a new account. They request me the nature of the payments, which I send their invoices for each for party reservations (i am a indoor party place) which was describe when I apply for the merchant account.

One week later, I noticed none of the other transactions after this 2 on hold, where being deposited on my account. I called and they simply told me, don't worry they are clear to go, I would see my money in 1 or 2 business day. (my luck this was a thursday morning so I would see on monday).  

Monday came by and no money, wait until tuesday and no money. I called again and told me the were missing information, that I send them proof of the company address (???? don't know what check they did when I apply) plus a copy of license and social security. I told them, any information I can send you, but social security for SECURITY reasons i can't emailed or fax it.  But I said, why do yo need this? what is happening with my money? I have been hold up for 2 weeks, I need to pay payroll, buy supplies and have no money. They keep saying risk management team was handling my case and I was not authorize to see it. Don't know what they meant when I was the owner of the account and owner of the business.

After 2 emails and 3 calls, on tuesday through thursday, dealing with their bad temper customer service, I started to get a little angry requesting my money back because until now I have not see any reason why holding up, they are not disputes, have all the documentation requested... so they decided to open some and kept on hold $6000.00  Still with no valid reason at all.

On friday, I called them again and this time I demand somebody to give answer, so they told me JOHN MCCANE handle my case. He answered me, and just told, "WE HAVE DECIDE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" just like that, when I asked him why "our company has never deal with a business like yours so we do no like to start now with one"  BUSINESS LIKE YOURS?? I felt discirminated, they have insulted me, my business is a children party indoor party place, is not illegal, has been for 7 years, and thanks to God growing more and more, they recieved only one month more than $20,000 earning them around $800.00 because most of my transactions are keyed in so they recieved higher percentage.... I have never felt so angry, insulted from another company.  And still do not know why they hold up my money.

On sunday (now they work on weekends) they sent me the letter closing my account because of FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES... again I was "WHAT????" did I not paid them? did they do not received any transactions, did they have a dispute... NOTHING..  Thankfully on monday they deposit my $6000.00, of course I cannot see to whom of my clients belongs the payments because the close it in one second.  

Was the worst month of my life... still if they want to close my accoun they should have give me at least 2 weeks or 30 days so I can apply to another merchant services... but nooooooo, they left me with nothing, where my clients were angry because they cannot pay with cc until I GET A NEW ONE.

 

intuit payment service is the worst service ever, the people working there are unethical, bad temper and treat you like nothing.

Definetely I do not recommed it!
