Purchased lambo kit for $819.90 in December 2006. Wrong product was deliberately shipped. After being instructed to return the part, they have not picked up or sent a refund check or exchange.

Rafael Melendez, cardoorconversion.com owner, runs several businesses on-line with different names. He has many complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau. This is an organized scheme that he is getting away with. He deserves criminal charges be filed against him, since he essentially stole $819.90 from me.

His cardoorconversion.com web site advertises a never ending sale that beats all and 24/7 Support. However, he doesn't have the lambo door for these cars, rather he ships a one size fits all that doesn't fit any. He also offers no support, and rarely answers the phone or responds to emails.

I have at least 100 emails with perhaps 10 responses. His responses usually take weeks, and when he does respond, he does so with another question, thereby leaving you hanging for weeks again. He never answers the phone. Two or three times I caught him because he thought he was responding to a sales call. It did no good. Each time he told me to send an email instead. No response to fax or mail. Unfortunately, when you do catch him, he is very kind and sounds genuine - all part of the scheme.

I asked exactly where it was supposed to bolt on - no answer. I asked for a diagram - no response. Finally, I threatened legal action, he said to return the part.
