I have been relentless in trying to retrieve my 185.99 from ip-rx-connect.com that they stole from my suntrust bank account. So far the bank has been useless too, ip-rxconnect.com uses live-operator.com as their answering service. Still no response from them either.
I contact them daily thru their on-line "ticket" service. daily It is painfully obvious that that website is as fraudulent as ip-rxconnect.com. & Real med services that originally contacted me. They hang up on me when I call with my transaction number. Why is there no way to put these people and businesses out of business and behind bars? they are theives, liars and frauds.
I have persued getting a refund every day for nearly 2 weeks. I have even called the banking commission about suntrust bank. The frustration level is overwhelming ! Can someone please help me get my money back from these theives?

Possible help for others who have been ripped off by www.ip-rxconnect.com.
I finally got a phone call from someone ?? at 800-209-4690 again promising a refund to my account w/in 7-10 business days, related to the scam from www.ip-rxconnect.com, they did not use www.ip-rxconnect.com as the name when they called to say i would get the refund.
This response was the result of sending a multitude of "tickets" to www.liveoperator.com who supposedly is the representing on-line answering service for www.ip-rxconnect.com. I sent tickets daily for 2 weeks before I finally got a response.
f I do not receive the refund w/ in the time they specified I will continue to be relentless w/ sending more "tickets ". Hope this is of some assistance to others who have been scammed by these people!
