I.R.R. - Vacation Inc. False advertizing- False all inclusive package selling Fern Park Florida

I.R.R. or Vacation Inc misled me in an all inclusive vacation to Cancun package.
They said they were selling all inclusive packages for 4-5 stars hotels in Cancun and after all the info speech they said it only included hotel and meals and beverages not the airfare.
They asked me for what date I would like to travel, I said May.17, 2008 for the 5 nights all inclusive package to Cancun. Alex was the representative (1-800-670-3519 ext.1040) told me I was lucky there was a cancellation and that those dates were good.
I reserved on 24th of March, 2008. 53 days before departure.Alex said I would receive documentation trhough mail and to choose which hotel I would like to stay at and return the reservation form. Before I hung up I was suggested 2 web sites to reserv cheap airfare to Cancun. And finally I was given a confirmation # CT03240800. I hung up and reserv my fare.

When I received the documents which was delivered to my neighbour since I wasnt there on Apr.4th, all it said on it was to return the form before 45 days of departure date, impossible since only 43 days before trip and I still had to send it to them. 23 days before depature I called them to find out about my reservation, to choose my hotel...and they said I should have called 45 days before..no where it said that, now we are 1.5 days before departure and no hotel for me. I spoke to Orlando Rivera 1-407-248-5178 ext.624 and still no hotel, I am given the run around and thats it. I had to book a hotel now seperatly since I had my airplane tickets.
