Irwin Naturals-12in1-Klee Irwin Signed up for free trial and got billed $130.00 for more product that I didn't want Los Angeles Internet

I signed up to get a free 30 day supply of vitamins, I only had to pay the shipping of 9.95. First, they charged me double!

Then 30 days later, I see on my bank statement that they charged me 130.00! When I called to find out why, Manuel (agent # TZ229) told me that it was my fault for not cancelling before the 30 days were up. Cancel what I asked, because I didn't sign up for anything but a free trial. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I authorized when I ordered.

I asked to speak to the supervisor 3 times (during 2 phone calls) first he told me the supervisor was going into a meeting but he spoke with him and he agreed to give me a "store credit" and proceeded to pitch Dual Action Cleanse for only 250.00! The next 2 times he transferred me to a voice mail. I left a message both times, don't really expect a response.

If anyone out there has had similar experiences with this company, please share them. Especially if you were able to get a refund or resolution!!!!!
