Israel Avilez Fraud Loan Broker, Fake, Scam Artist, Thief, illegal Gilbert Arizona

This "business" man claims that he's a loan broker and will secure a 100k+ business or personal loans. Israel will claim that he can get you any limit business or personal loan and your business will be funded within 3-4 weeks. Israel will sell you that he has processed many personal and business loans in his past and he knows exactly what he's doing. Israel's first step is to wire transfer a deposit of $1,500 - $3,500 to his "business" account. In which I did, he claims he lives in Arizona, but who knows where this guy is located. Once that step is completed he will begin the beginning steps of "processing" your loan. Israel will have you fill out his fake credit application and you will also be asked to fax or email him your personal information, including copies of your SSI, Drivers license and birth certificate. Israel will also have you sign a "loan" contract, that israel himself refuses to sign!  Israel will also threaten your personal life stating he has all of your personal information and will mess up your credit / life, if you ever try to sue him. He tries to act professional stating that he's not in his "office" at the moment but will get back to you later. Israel isn't even close to owning or renting his own office with this scam in a half plan. He will give you the run around claiming the money will be in your account on a specific date and everything looks good! Israel gives you the run around and will provide fake documents acting as if he really is getting you the loan, when he has no intentions to get you or your business at all. The only intentions this con artist has is to steal your money and what he is doing is fraud to the highest degree. Israel has scammed many people around the country and it doesn't look like he's going to stop. He claims that he's a loan broker but has no proper license to be doing the things he is currently doing. What Israel Alvilez is doing is highly Illegel posing as a loan broker and scamming businesses / people into giving him money and their personal information. And who really knows what israel alvilez is doing with this personal information (SSI, Birth certifcate, Driver License, Pay check stubs, Signatures etc. )  you provided for him. Israel Avilez is a Con Artist
