I contacted this company and explianed that I had just given another company a large amount of money and that they had promised that it would be done in a few weeks. 8 months later it was not working and I have files a lawsuit against them. Meanwhile, ITChimes looked at the site  and said that they would have the glitches fixed in a matter of days. Months later, and me being very frustrated, they said that it was finished. The very first time I logged on I got nothing but error messages.

They smooth talked me into sending teh balance and told me not too worry it was almost there. Fooishly, I did. I felt like I was in a corner because they led me to believe that they wouldn't finsih it if I didn't pay, and that there was only a few hours of work left. i gambled and lost. To this day, no functional website. I have asked for a refund since they didn't do what they said, but I just get the run around. They are in India and they know that my hands are tied. I have now cut my losses and feel at least an obligation to warn others.

We have worked it out.

Yes, I did hire them to do a job and no they didnt do it. BUT they did call me and we did work things out. It appears that one of the guys that was in sales didn't bother to let the higher ups know about the issue. Once they were apprised of the situation, they were very apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy.

I must say...I went to them originally because I saw their work and I was very impressed. They did continue to try to remove the glitches on my site, but I have a feeling that there was some oversight. I really wish that the situation had not gotten out of hand like this. I believe that they are honest and professional overall..but that somehow I slipped through the cracks.  This happens every once in a while to even the best of companies.

I must say that even after they were paid in full they kept working on it ...that is a lot more than a lot of other companies. At this point I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends...they have proven to me tha they are trustworthy.
