I completed one course through this company. When I tried to transfer to another program, they told me I would have to pay for the two courses I completed before they could do a transfer form.
I emailed Zach Rozell regarding just re-enrolling in their program and giving in and being overcharged, and did not receive a response from him. I called and a lady told me that I could just re-enroll but that I would have to retake the one course I had already completed. So, I questioned if I would be charged again for it and she said they do not even charge for the first course. YET ZACH TOLD ME I HAD AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE. This makes no sense.
I spoke to him and he said he had received my email from the prior week, however he did not feel like responding to it yet. After I left a review on Facebook, he decided to respond to the email. He is rude and only cares about trying to make money however he can.

While there was some miscommunication provided, I have worked with this individual over the past few days toward a resolution. I was very surprised to see this report, as of Monday July 31, 2017, I was under the impression all was resolved. To date, the individual as paid a $10.00 Application Fee and $100.00 Enrollment Fee with not further fees owed.

This issue was resolved. Original report was written before the resolution. I would delete my review if I could, because like I said.. resolution was reached. Mr. Rozell asked me to call him back and we spoke and came to an agreement and this negative review should be disregarded.
