Ivan De Jesus Kitchen Cabinatry Failure to install granite counter tops or reimburse us our money that we paid in full Palm Harbor Florida

I hired Ivan De Jesus I paid Ivan over $6800. for kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, two faucets one for the kitchen sink and one for the bathroom sink I also paid for two sinks and all the kitchen knoobs  I never got my granite tops , sinks, and knoobs  I would text him on two different phones and sometimes it would take him week to get back with me one time I was told from him not to ever text him to only call him but when I would call him most of the time he would not answer

finally Ivan told me he would meet me the next morning to measure for the counter tops which he never should up or called or text  two days later Ivan should up at my property and when he did Ivan never knocked he just walked in into my house with out saying hello or anything he seemed to been in a grumpy mood or something not friendly what so ever even acted like his back was hurt he started measuring the cabinets for the tops he drew a blueprint of counter tops with measurements and then told my wife not ask her but told her rudely sing she didnt really know what he was wanting from her so he said again you need to put your name on that he then stated talking about Irma then somehow went to trash talking our President which we both found offensive and he was argumentative  in our own home and before I knew it We was in a argument  over President Trump he told me he wasnt going to install our counter tops to buy them from someone else and that he wasnt going to give me my money  back in fact his words were you aint getting sh* back and F--- you

I missed up by paying him in full up front and not looking at hes reviews which are bad

after all that Ivan continued to text me awful texts some of them aggressive and threatening and said that I was a racist b*ard cause I voted for Trump and that I didnt deserve to be in this world  

I would never ever recommend hiring this guy please beware of him and read all reviews first.
