I entered into a business agreement with Mr. Jenkins in May 2008. Because of my good credit (at the time), I was to be a credit partner. I had a credit line of $15K which I loaned to Mr. Jenkins to undertake some of these business endeavors. The promise was that he was to pay the monthly payments of $350. However, he only paid a couple of months and has stopped paying. In addition, he has as of recent not returned any of my emails. Mr. Jenkins talks a good talk and even throws out some Bible verses every now and then, but do yourself a favor and stay away from this man. If you claim to be a business man don't you think that you should have a phone in which to conduct business? Or perhaps, it is only I who does not have his number? I am angry and bitter at what has happened to me.
Mr. Jenkins is easy to spot because he is listed on Facebook, LinkedIn, Bigger Pockets, and possibly other sites, but he is an amateur so, BEWARE!!!
