Iwinwhitening,crest charged my credit/debit card $84.00 more than i authorized. my electric bill bounced and it was shut off!! Glendale California

I agreed to try a $4.98 sample of the teeth whitening product. I did at least recieve the trial sample. later they withdrew $88.97 from my account.

No where in the ad was this amount mentioned. i had no idea i was entering into a monthly program. i don't have that many teeth!! i am on social securiy and have very limited funds.

Because of that withdrawl my electric didn't get paid as usual and it was in the process of being turned off. Even if the company refund's this money it could take weeks to be credited to my account. now what do i do? maybe the electric company will sympathize and not disconnect my service when they know my "sob" story.
If something serious were to happen stemming from their unauthorized actions, could there be a lawsuit for consequenceal damages?

This website mentioned crest in their ad. i have always used crest, but if this is the way they've started doing business, i'll be changing brands.
