We collected a vehicle and deliver to her home address in which her mother or mother and law signed for it. after the delivery she called her credit card company and say she never received the goods. We tried to resolve but she will not answer our calls and have disappeared but is till using the same number. She now has i guess used our money to help finance her business J and S Jones Enterprices LLC and probably did this to others. We have a signed Bill of lading and letter from the auction house that stated we collected as well. We are now pursuing criminal charges against her as it is considered theft. Broker and customer and carriers stay away from this company she also listing her company as a carrier when they have no vehicles registered with the FMSCA and now has a broker license. She is a scam artist and we can proof it.
