My sister hired Esquire Jack McMahon to defend her in a Federal case. He required $25,000 up front. He didn't prepare for the trial. He didn't prep us or even listen to our evidences that could prove my sister's innocense.
He was responsible for the trial being repeatedly delayed for frivolous reasons. As a result, it took 6 years to come to trial. This man was totally arrogant. He never returned my sister's calls until the week of the trial. All this made my sister a wreck so she was hospitalized in the middle of the trial. This upset him only because his timetable would be messed up.

The trial went on. He called no witnesses for us. He just didn't care. He was arrogant, and wouldn't listen to the evidence we told him that could prove my sister's innocense. He even lied to the judge without our approval. Result,case lost-jailtime.

He said he would do the appeal. HE filed it on time but when it came time for the appeal he wrote the Appeals Board and said my sister's appeal was frivolous and had no merit. This man is a thief and did that because he already was paid. He at the very least owes my sister money for the appeal he never did! Please help I've complained to everyone but no one cares at all! At the very least consumers should know about this JERK! Thanks for any help.
