Jack of Sports Very disappointed with service and quality of program Toronto, Ontario Canada

I wanted to find an affordable swim program for my kids to attend but found that the amount of kids in the pool, and the amount of kids in a class that my kids were getting lost and not receiving the attention needed to be successful.  As a parent I was concerned and I approached the swim instructor. 

With some pressing I found that the instructor did not even have the proper qualifications to teach--no wonder the standard was so low.

 This wasn't just an isolated incident as the swim school, Jack of Sports,  was shut down because of ongoing standards not being met at this location.  How they are still allowed to be able to
operate in other locations is beyond me.
